You lie down — and your mind keeps going.
Replaying the day. Planning tomorrow.
You want to rest, but your mind won't slow down.

After enough bad nights, bedtime feels tense.
Your body stays alert, even when you're exhausted.
It starts to feel like your body has forgotten how to fall asleep.
How Zzzon works

Listen carefully. Find and submit the answer.
Earn points when you get it right.

Your mind shifts away from sleep.
Sleep comes naturally when you're not chasing it.
Some people reach the end of a challenge. Some drift off before it finishes.
Both are perfectly fine.
Zzzon is inspired by Paradoxical Intention, a technique from CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia). The harder you try to force sleep, the more elusive it becomes.
Counterintuitively, Zzzon asks you to stay focused on finishing a challenge — not drift off. But when sleep stops being the goal, the body often drifts toward it naturally.
Each challenge is a short audio experience with a question to answer.
